Artist's Comments Caught the 20k screenshot, he won a drawing of his liking. He chose a Tall Ship. I hope you like it Dave! It ended up completely diferent as I envisioned it, the colors compeled me to burn the ship. And so I did... so, this is more like an improvisation, I started usign a reference for the tall ship, but throw it away when things got out of control, so is not the most acurate ship ever. There is another version ([link]), in wich the canvas is taller and so is the smoke. Done in Corel. I think I overdid that one (And I'm not very good with corel), that's why I prefer this version. |
